If you are a care leaver then the support you get may vary a little, but we are here to help you navigate your way around this. Contact us and we can try and help you figure this out.
If you are in care at the age of 16, you will be allocated a Leaving Care Worker to build a relationship with you and help prepare you for adult life after 18 and up to 25.

If you are unhappy about something or the service we have offered, we want to try and resolve this with you.
