What this consultation is about
As a Healthy Workplaces Derbyshire employer, we want to help our workforce become a healthier, happier and more productive place.
This survey asks a range of health and lifestyle questions, including general health and wellbeing, smoking, healthy eating, alcohol, physical activity, sleep and workplace culture.
The results will help us to develop a health at work programme to support our employees.
