Information we collect and why

Details are on each notice, including references to legislation if we are processing data on the basis of public task or legal obligation. We aim to collect no more information than we actually need.

How long we keep your information

We follow the advice laid down by our retention schedules.

Sharing your information

Unless a privacy notice says otherwise, we do not ordinarily share your information. Rarely, we may make an exception because there is a substantial public interest requiring us to do so. We are committed to protecting personal data and have data policies and procedures in place to ensure that it is safeguarded.
