Highfield Drinks Group is a family run business based in Melbourne; a small town in South Derbyshire at the centre of England. Our family bought this site in 1912; in 1975 we sunk a borehole and discovered a source of pure Spring Water. Since then, the family farm has been transformed into a bottling facility and we have various products including Still & Sparkling Spring Water, sugar free flavoured water and our own range of Premium Gins.

Highfield gin combines the distinctive taste of juniper berries alongside the finest botanicals. We add a twist of citrus that, without a doubt transforms it into a truly outstanding gin. We offer four flavours:
